TAXES AND DUTIES:
When purchasing within Canada, taxes applicable within your province will be charged at checkout.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties for purchases outside of Canada, such costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival to the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We are confident you will love your Lafia jewellery. We take pride in our design and craftsmanship and inspect all of our pieces before shipping. All orders are final sale, as each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns. You may contact us directly to discuss your order it will be at the discretion of Lafia to exchange an item within 10 days of purchase.
All personalized items are final sale.
If an item is shipped defective or damaged, you must contact Lafia within 5 business days after receipt of your order. Our concierge will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for return of your item. Lafia will repair or remake the defective or damaged piece. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, shipping insurance and providing Lafia a tracking number for the return shipment.
